Our office consistently works on cases in federal courts all over the country. We are leaders in the Social Security Disability bar, not just staying up to date on the changes in Social Security law, but often presenting at national conferences to help other attorneys do so. If you’re an attorney or non-attorney representative and your client has been denied by the Appeals Council, we can help your client file the federal appeal. Upon the conclusion of the case, we will send the file back to you to complete the remand proceedings. You will continue to represent the client before the Agency.
Our office will handle all the aspects of the federal case from the complaint to judgment. Our office will work for the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”) and 42 U.S.C. § 406(B) fees, the rest is yours.
