Caridad Dominguez
Associate Attorney
Caridad Dominguez is an attorney at Tower Law Group, where she represents clients in federal district court appeals after the Social Security Administration denies their disability benefits. With a strong background in legal research and appellate work, Caridad ensures that each case is meticulously prepared to give clients the best chance of success.
Caridad’s legal journey includes a diverse range of experiences that have shaped her into a skilled advocate. She previously worked as a bilingual bankruptcy attorney at Holland Law Group, guiding clients through the complexities of debt relief. Her role as a Legal Research Specialist at LEAP Legal Software allowed her to develop innovative legal automation tools, improving the efficiency of legal drafting for attorneys. Caridad has also clerked at prominent law firms and government agencies, including an externship with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and an appellate internship with the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division.
Caridad's passion for justice is evident in her pro bono work assisting asylum seekers and her contributions to legal scholarship, including published research on taxation and human rights abuses. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in French, she is committed to serving diverse communities and ensuring that every client’s voice is heard.
